dc.description.abstractThis research utilizes the Neo4j platform to create a graph database to represent the graphical components of a facility model and their spatial relationships. A graphbased digital twin is proposed for a 2-story facility by embedding systems-centric static data into the graph and linking it to the building’s Navisworks BIM using a python script. The outputs of this study include a new ontology for creating graph-based digital twins, implementation of the graph using Neo4j, and a python script to link the graph to the model. Linking dynamic data to the graph model is explored and discussed. This approach can improve the representation and understanding of facility systems and their interrelationships.en
