The events industry remains hopeful of as the first wave of vaccine recipients, first responders, receive their COVID-19 vaccination. This comes at a time were many planners and suppliers have grown frustrated with the virtual events platform and are desperately ready to get back to in-person meetings. However, even if the vaccine is distributed quicker than expected, planners will still be facing travel restrictions, state mandates, and corporate travel bands for their attendees.
