dc.description.abstractA survey conducted by Knowcross evaluating roughly 400 respondents concluded the importance of housekeeping and safety procedure expectations that have shifted since the COVID-19 pandemic. 93% of participants expect each hotel to have clear and outlined safety measures. 80% of participants noted that they would check the hotel's safety guidelines before booking accommodations. The survey results also found that 91% of the participants were more likely to stay at a property that they felt took care of their employees throughout the course of the pandemic. Overall, more than 50% of respondents were satisfied with how the hotel industry have handled the pandemic.en
