Melonie Johnson, president, and COO of Borgata Hotel and Casino & Spa in Atlantic City is one of only a handful of Black leaders in the casino space. The casino industry is a white male-dominated field that Johnson is exposing the glass ceiling and has advice for other young women who want to make it big in gaming.
