Women were given a variety of topics and encouraged as well as educated by a diverse group of outstanding women in the industry. While the event covered a host of topics some of the more distinct items were leaving a legacy and championing individual wellness.

But our favorite architectural outing here was visiting Taliesin West, Frank Lloyd Wright’s Arizona home in his later years during winter months.

Industry leaders understand that it is more important than ever to display a picture of diversity and inclusion to attract the professionals they would like to continue to build the industry back up for future generations.
