dc.description.abstractThe geometry and the finite element method modelling of a lattice dome is presented. Linear analyses and geometrically nonlinear analyses of the dome are performed. In addition, a buckling load prediction method is studied and extended to the multiple load distributions. The results obtained from linear analyses are checked against the requirements of NDS, National Design Standard.en
