Leaderful Practice: Moving Beyond the Hero Leader

Workshop for Farm Credit of Virginias, Knowledge Center, Launching Leaders Summit. Today’s challenges require leadership that is more collective and collaborative than many conventional models of leadership. This interactive workshop explores a leadership-as-practice approach, which acknowledges leadership occurring as a practice rather than residing in the traits or behaviors of particular individuals. Participants learn strategies for leadership-as-practice in both the workplace and the community.
