Abstract

The National Restaurant Association and ServSafe updated their guideline dealing with Covid-19 for the businesses in conjunction with FDA and CDC. The guideline renamed to "COVID-19 Safe Operating Guidance" including extra sections on employee personal hygiene and when and where face mask should be worn. Moreover, the restaurant layout should be redesigned regarding limiting capacity adding barriers or partitions to block the spread of viruses.
