The literature review uncovered key insights, informing a tailored survey for leaders and managers across all levels in health sciences and medical libraries. Leveraging MLA, we invite participation in our survey to pinpoint opportunities and gaps. Using text analysis from the open-ended questions and the other survey results, we'll distill themes and craft actionable recommendations as research continues to address this research gap, fostering the potential growth of current and future leaders in the field.
