Unlocking the Power of Effective Meetings

Abstract

Many of us have come to believe that meetings are where productivity and creativity go to die. However, small changes to meetings can yield tremendous benefits and even shift participants' views so that they actually look forward to meetings. This workshop will leverage insights from "The Surprising Science of Meetings" (Rogelberg, 2019) to surface practical improvements for meeting planning and facilitation.
