dc.description.abstract | Built on a desire to close the articulation gap between the benefits of undergraduate research, scholarship and creative inquiry and the skills, knowledge and dispositions employers are seeking in new hires, this poster will present information and examples drawing from, and expanding on, the Council on Undergraduate Research (CUR) Position Paper, "Recognizing Undergraduate Research, Scholarship & Creative Inquiry as a Career-Readiness Tool". The goal is to assist faculty in leveraging this powerful inclusive pedagogical practice to best position all of our students for successful next steps. | en |
