dc.description.abstract | This presentation included an overview of the history of the Diversity Alliance for Academic Librarianship, personal stories from two current residents in the program, and an overview on the resident hiring process. The presentations also included discussion of the importance of inclusion and diversity work within libraries and the need to create additional opportunities for access to the profession for members of diverse groups.
