Get Creative (and stay legal): Copyright Compliance with Creative Commons and Open Educational Resources

This presentation provides an overview of open licensing within the context of copyright-related questions, most frequently: "Can I use it?" The presentation reviews copyright basics, introduces faculty to open licensing via Creative Commons, provides preliminary information regarding places to look for openly licensed materials, and discusses how (and why) to openly license one's work, as well as a few options for where to share such items.
