Engaged models of Cooperative Extension program delivery call for shared learning, expertise and accountability within communities. In this session we will talk about what engagement means for Cooperative Extension and explore what difference this can make in your role as a 4-H Volunteer Leader. This could be offered as a double-session with expanded opportunity for interaction. Content would be based on a similar workshop for the Extension Master Gardener College in 2018.en
