Making Omeka Do More: How to Install jQuery Plugins in your Omeka Site

Abstract

This conference presentation gives a basic overview of jQuery plugins, the PHP backend of the Omeka platform, and how to customize and integrate jQuery plugins into the display and function of your Omeka site. It is directed towards library and museum professionals with a basic knowledge of HTML and web development and the ability to access the backend files of their Omeka site.
